Elder Parks Layton - Portugal Lisbon Mission

WEEK 75   I'm Okay. I'm happy. May 27, 2019 Hey everyone! Well I haven't written in 3 weeks and that's bad on my part. But I'm super great and super happy! We've been able to teach 41 people in these past 3 weeks and we've got some good people progressing! Our main man is Geison at the moment, he's been consistantly going to church and we met him on our second day. We got some more people like Flor and another named João! It's lookin good! Me and Elder Santos get along super well and we have never even came close to an argument. It's 100% Portuguese every day which I love and it's just great. Our house is big and super nice! The area is very small in size but filled with people, and I'll say right now that at times it feels like I'm serving in a mini Africa. This recent area is a blessing. The ward that I'm in just opened up in February, so were starting to strengthen it, we'll be the first missionaries to baptize here!! ...

WEEK 73 May 13, 2019 PDay  Elder Taylor and Elder Freeman Elder Santos

WEEK 72 Queluz May 6, 2019 Hey everyone! Transfers came in and I'm heading off to "Queluz"!! Apparently the area is just amazing and based on what I know, I wouldn't have chosen any other area. My new comp is super dope as well, his name is Elder Santos and he's from Brazil!! I'm super excited to work with him as we are already good buds. I´m honestly so pumped though hahah. The ward I'm going to became a ward about 12 weeks ago or something like that so it should be a lot of fun!! Just water. And a big shoutout to my boy Elder Baugh who is heading home right now. He was my second comp in the field and I'm grateful for the example and affect he had on my mission. If every missionary was as good as that guy... I'll let you come to a conclusion there, just know that he is as good as it gets and I feel blessed to have served with him for 7 weeks. I am a better missionary and person right now, because of him.
