WEEK 66 Santo André Round 3 March 25, 2019 Hey everyone! So it looks like I'll be staying here as the district leader and continuing to the end of Elder Cloes' training. I couldn't be happier, we've been workin super hard over here and we have 5 baptisms  this Sunday !!!! So staying is the best news I could a got. Man this area is just goin great! Loving it here, and it's great serving with Elder Cloes, he\s a great son!! We are gonna wreck this transfer.  19 de Março, we started the morning by going to district counsel up in Setúbal which was good! It was our last one of the transfer. It was a good one!! But after that we went on back to Santo André! We basically got back and then had lunch with Irmão Antonio and Irmã Zulmira! Man they're awesome. We helped them chase down and capture a goat so we could free it from it's collar that was on too tight. Elder Cloes worked so hard to get that thing hahaha I have so many great pics of him booking i...

WEEK 65 Anotha One March 18, 2019 Hey everyone! We're down to the last week of this transfer now! Honestly it's really flown by. It's always just a good, fast, and fun time with my filho Elder Cloes. Love the dude, we're just rippin. Anyways, we did have a great week over here! We've been workin hard and we should be seeing the fruits of our labours pretty soon here! Also it was one of the first times I've posted on Facebook in forever, so that was pretty cool! Honestly I'm not sure how many crazy stories or how awesome this email will be, I think it was kinda just a basic week of missionary work. So let's just go for it.   (Also I posted on Facebook so check it out to see my testimony in Portuguese) 12 de Março,  As usual our Tuesday started off by heading upwards towards Setúbal for our District Counsel. Good times. All that time including getting there and return takes up a huge chunk of the day when you also have to include our stu...

WEEK 64 Setúbal

WEEK 64 Setúbal March 11, 2019 Hey everyone! So first of all shoutout to one of the greatest of all times, GP! It was my Grandpa Layton's/GP's birthday on the 6th. I miss that guy a lot and the great moments we had! It was also my homie Isabelle Galvin's bday! She's a real one and plus she's just dope. Anyways, happy birthday to them! So anyways, we spent more than half of our week in Setúbal, not because we wanted to hahah. We had to live out of a mini suitcase for 4 days! We basically got there on Monday thinking that we'd be leaving later that day... but it ended up being Thursday that we left. Other than that we had a Zone Conference, and marked some of our friends to be baptized! The church was packed again and were really seeing the hand of the Lord here in our area of Santo André. But let's just jump in. We got a bunch more people who we are hoping to mark for baptism this upcoming week.  5 de Março, we had to stay in Setúbal, because of tha...

WEEK 63 Car-less

WEEK 63 Car-less March 4, 2019 Hey everyone! The week freakin flew by, that's probably cause we had a pretty killer week over here in Sines. Seriously though we found so many new people to teach and it really was just an unreal time. First of all, we had to give our car to a repair shop and because of that, we were "car-less" this week. But it was better that way, got a go retro missionary style and we went beast mode. Elder Cloes was super excited and kept talking about how excited he was to talk to his family and tell them about the week that we had! Man the mission is great and there's always people waiting to hear the message of the restored gospel. Let's dive in. 26 de Fevereiro, we got up in the morning and got ready to leave to go to Setúbal, we had to drop off our car at 1:30 there. So we went there and then walked to the church where we had district counsel with the sisters and elders. It was a good, after that we stayed in Setúbal on a division...
